Peter Arenstam

Peter Arenstam was born on a farm in western Massachusetts but grew up on the coast in historic Plymouth. He first earned his captain's license at the age of eighteen. A graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and a professional boat builder, Peter currently works as the manager of the maritime artisans" department of Plimoth Plantation, Inc., where he oversees the repair, restoration and sailing of the reproduction ship Mayflower II.
