Paul Devasahayam Manuel is a Professor at Kuwait University, Kuwait. He holds a Ph.D. obtained from the University of Newcastle, Australia, a Master of Science from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and another Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. His research interests lie in the areas of Information Systems, Algorithms, and Cheminformatics. He possesses administrative skills in the ABET Accreditation Process and software expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ODOO) and Machine Learning using Python. Throughout his career, Paul has received several accolades, including the Best Teacher Award (2010 - 2011) and Distinguished Lecturer Award (2008 - 2009) from Kuwait University, as well as the Industry Relationship Award (2002 - 2003) from KFUPM, Saudi Arabia. A significant project he contributed to is the UNESCO-HP Brain Gain Initiative, which was recognized by UNESCO, with an honor received in the presence of Former US President Bill Clinton in Berlin. Additionally, Paul Manuel is listed in the 'World's Top 2% Scientist 2022' by Stanford University and Elsevier Foundation.
