Lieutenant Colonel Pat Proctor (US Army) is an Iraq War veteran with over seventeen years of active service. As a joint operational planner in Iraq in 2007, he participated in General Patraeus' Joint Strategic Assessment Team and the campaign redesign of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
