Pamela Williams is Honorary Fellow in the Department of Modern Languages at Hull University where she lectured in Italian until her retirement in 2006. Her published work includes An Introduction to Leopardi's 'Canti', Women and Feminine Images in Giacomo Leopardi, and Through Human Love to God: Essays on Dante and Petrarch.
