NORMAN L. JONES is Professor and Chair of History at Utah State University. Religion and Cultural Adaptation" (2002). In 2004 he published the Blackwell Companion to Tudor England, co-edited with Robert Tittler. DANIEL WOOLF is Professor of History and Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Among his books are "The Idea of History in Early Stuart England" (1990), "Reading History in Early Modern England" (2000), and "The Social Circulation of the Past" (2003).
