Nikos Koutsoumpos studied Classical Archaeology at University College London; he then received an MPhil (Archeaology of the Early Bronze Age Aegean) and a PhD (The domestic architecture of eastern Crete in the Bronze Age) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
