Nikhil Paramjit Sharma is the founder-CEO of zlait Sports Management and works actively in the sports consultancy, infrastructure and athlete management domain. A certified Football Coach with AIFF, AFC and FIFA courses attended, Nikhil is passionate about technical advancement, commercialisation and branding of the sport of football, particularly in India. He has authored numerous articles and essays relating to football in India focussing on sustainability and sports marketing. Nikhil has been instrumental in bringing world famous sports clubs and brands to India through his entire career in sports management. He has previously worked in various FMCG, Retail and Media organisations across the length and breadth of the country.
