Coleman lives outside of Toronto, Ontario with her three children, Mikhel, Mekai, and Mikaylah-Joy. Co-written with her eldest son Mikhel M. Coleman she was able to manifest one of her lifelong dreams of being a writer. She hopes that with this project she can show her son that success is possible with hard work, focus, and determination.
