Nicholas Wilde
Nicholas Wilde was born and educated in Cheltenham and went on to King's College, Cambridge. He was Head of German at The Leys School in Cambridge. His first book, Sir Bertie and the Wyvern was the first children's book ever published by Debrett. His novels have twice been nominated for the Carnegie Medal.
