Nicholas N. Patricios is Professor and Dean Emeritus of Architecture and former Master of Stanford Residential College at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Nicholas N. Patricios is Professor and Dean Emeritus of Architecture and former Master of Stanford Residential College at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Books he has authored include Building Marvelous Miami: An Architectural and Urban History and The Sacred Architecture of Byzantium: Art, Liturgy and Symbolism in Early Christian Churches as well as over 50 academic articles in scholarly journals. He is the recipient of the Archangel Michael award from Metropolitan Alexios of Atlanta and has served twice as Parish Council President of the St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church of Kendall. See less
