Mytheli Sreenivas

Mytheli Sreenivas is associate professor of women's, gender, and sexuality studies at The Ohio State University. She is author of Wives, Widows, and Concubines: The Conjugal Family Ideal in Colonial India (Indiana, 2008; Orient Black Swan, 2009), winner of the Joseph W. Elder Prize in the Indian Social Sciences from the American Institute of Indian Studies.
