Examples of major schemes in which he has been involved include: the London Olympic Games in 2012, regeneration of Greenwich Peninsula, the Windsor and Maidenhead Flood Relief Scheme, Heathrow Terminal 5, Channel Rail Link and Crossrail. He has appeared in many leading compensation cases in the Lands Tribunal, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the Courts. He has also appeared in the Lands Tribunal and Court of Appeal in Hong Kong, in the Grand Court and the Court of Appeal in the Cayman Islands, in a Board of Assessment in the British Virgin Islands and in the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal. He is a past Chairman of the Planning and Environment Bar Association.
