Molly Gilbert

Molly Gilbert, a graduate of Amherst College and the French Culinary Institute, is the author of two cookbooks: the sheet pan dinners cookbook Sheet Pan Suppers (2014) and the easy one-pot meals cookbook One Pan & Done (2017). She has worked as a recipe tester in the kitchens of Saveur, a cooking instructor, and a private chef, and she formerly ran the blog Dunk & Crumble.
