Michael O'Rourke was born in New York City, the tenth child in a family of thirteen. His life's long journey has placed him in many different positions: janitor, deputy sheriff, bodyguard, attorney, teacher and now poet. This first book of poetry by Michael O'Rourke compiles poems written over a period of twenty years. The Moon is Not Enough comes to print through the creative process of the Lake Park Writer's Critique Group, which Michael chaired for over three years and with the assistance of John Palozzi.
