Michael Hooper is the Bureau Chief of California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). He began his involvement with the criminal justice system as a member of the Los Angeles Police Department. Michael Hooper is the Bureau Chief of California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).
