DR. MICHAEL BLUTE, M.D., editor-in-chief, teaches and practices in the Urology Department at Mayo Clinic. A board-certified urologist since 1989, he is currently the chairman of the Urology Department. He is an active member of many committees at Mayo Clinic and has also served as president and secretary-treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Minnesota Urological Society. He lives and works in Rochester, Minnesota.
