Hi, I'm Mercedes Blair. I am 27 years old originally from Brantford, Ontario and moved to Bass River, Nova Scotia when I was 9. I am very happy I did in order to have such beautiful scenery to photograph everywhere I go. Jazzy and I now live in Truro, but most of our adventures are all over Colchester county. I have wanted to write a book since I was a kid, and never expected that I would become a photographer instead. I owe most of that to my best friend and furbaby, Jazzy. In 2014, we started spending hours almost daily exploring the beach in Bass River, and she quickly became the best model I could ask for. Things took off from there, and I am proud of the success that photography has given me. I decided to write this book as a way to combine photography with my life long goal.
