Melissa Leigh Webb is a freelance writer and publicist in the Nashville area and is a correspondent for several local newspapers. She handles public relations for numerous prominent clients in the Nashville area. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mississippi State University in 2002, having earned dual bachelor's degrees as part of the International Business program with emphases in marketing and German. She completed an internship with Nabisco Inc. and participated in a study abroad program in Vienna, Austria. Melissa worked as an associate marketing manager and training consultant for Lane Home Furnishings in Tupelo, Mississippi. During her time at Mississippi State, Melissa served as chapter president of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Spring Hill Imagination Library, and the Spring Hill Kiwanis Club. She is also Vice Regent of the Tenassee chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Melissa and her husband, Emmett, live in Spring Hill, Tennessee. See less
