Mathew Baynton

Mathew Baynton is a prolific English actor, writer, comedian, singer and musician. He is best known as a member of the British Horrible Histories troupe in which he starred in the TV series Horrible Histories and played Vikings and monks, peasants and kings. Further television credits include Ghosts (2019), Vanity Fair (2019), The Split (2018), Quacks (2017) and The Wrong Mans (2013) of which he was the co-creator and writer. In 2015, Mathew played William 'Bill' Shakespeare in Bill.
