Mary Johns has called Alabama home since 2009. Working for the Alabama Farmers Federation, she's traversed the state from Andalusia to Mooresville and Bay Minette to Rainsville, visiting the state's best farms, meeting local characters and soaking up the stories of Alabama's small towns and big cities. For her, adventure awaits on every unexplored road, whether asphalt, dirt or red clay. She lives in Montgomery with her loving and loud rescue dog, Doug.
