Martin Rutte is an international speaker, consultant, and author. As president of Livelihood, a management consulting firm in Santa Fe, New Mexico, he explores the deeper meaning of work and its contribution to society. The company's areas of service include: strategic visioning, corporate spirit, stakeholder dialogue, performance management, and creative leadership. He addressed the Corporate Leadership & Ethics Forum of Harvard Business School, returning for four consecutive years as a keynote speaker. Martin is the winner of the 2014 Excellence in Leadership Award from the Transformational Leadership Council.
