Marshall Cobb was born in Colorado, but spent much of his life in Texas before moving his family to Costa Rica in the summer of 2015. For over twenty years he worked in the financial/retirement plan industry, opening his own practice in 2001. Much of his success in this arena was due to the articles he regularly penned for clients and their employees which took complicated, often convoluted concepts and terms and broke them down into relatable stories. Writing, always his first love, is how Marshall spends his time in Costa Rica. In addition to authoring numerous articles for regional publications, such as The Tico Times, he regularly posts articles to his own website (... and has completed two novels: Will of The Hill, and Census: What Lurks Beneath. He is currently working on his third novel, The Promise of the Orb, which will be published in April of 2018. See less
