MARGARET POSIG is an Associate Professor of Management in the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. Her articles have appeared in the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Women in Management Review, Journal of Managerial Issues, and the Journal of Business Ethics, among others. She teaches courses in organizational leadership and change management, and leadership in sports.
