Marcel Desaulniers
Marcel Desaulniers is the former co-owner, cofounder, and executive chef of the famous Trellis Restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. His books include the James Beard Award-winning Death by Chocolate, the IACP Award-winning Desserts to Die For, Death by Chocolate Cakes, Death by Chocolate Cookies, and Celebrate with Chocolate. In 2012, Desaulniers and his wife, Connie, opened MAD about Chocolate, a chocolate cafe in Williamsburg, Virginia.
