Malena Morling

Swedish-born Malena Mörling is the author of two books of poetry: Ocean Avenue and Astoria . She has also published translations of work by Nobel laureate Tomas Tranströmer. She received a John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship in 2007 and a Lannan Literary Fellowship in 2010. She is a professor of creative writing at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
