The following is a personality profile of Malcolm X based on his work.

Malcolm X is social, unpretentious and informal.

He is assertive, he tends to speak up and take charge of situations, and he is comfortable leading groups. He is laid-back as well: he appreciates a relaxed pace in life. But, Malcolm X is also intermittent: he has a hard time sticking with difficult tasks for a long period of time.
