Ma Thanegi

Ma Thanegi is a writer on the culture, traditions, travels and food of Myanmar and has published over twenty books and numerous articles. She was born in Myanmar and educated at the Methodist English High School and was originally a painter exhibiting since 1967 until 1998 with the last of her seven solo shows. She lives in Yangon, Myanmar.
