M. Osman Tokhi obtained his B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) from Kabul University, Afghanistan in 1978 and Ph.D. from Heriot-Watt University, UK in 1988. He has held academic positions at universities in Afghanistan and the UK, and has also worked for industry.
