He is the former Producer and Host of "Real Estate Matters," a weekly radio talk show in San Diego, former Publisher and Editor of "Escondido Magazine," and is the author of numerous articles on the housing market, marketing trends, and political commentaries that have been published in various magazines, trade journals, and local newspapers.
