Luis Ingelmo was born in Palencia in 1970, raised in Salamanca, and holds a Master's Degree in English Philology (Universidad de Salamanca), a Master's Degree in Philosophy (UNED, Madrid) and a Master's Degree in Education (DePaul University, Chicago).
