Lucretia Smith, PhD, RN, CDE, has taught medical-surgical nursing, community nursing, pediatric nursing, and culture-based nursing courses for nearly 20 years. Her clinical experience spans nearly 25 years and includes medical-surgical acute care, pediatric acute care, and pediatric home care.
