Lucille Zimmerman has a passion to help hurting people. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Littleton, Colorado. She taught psychology and counseling courses at Colorado Christian University and is the author of Renewed: Finding Your Inner Happy in an Overwhelmed World. She has spent the last dozen years studying self-care, vulnerability, emotional intimacy, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and posttraumatic growth. She loves helping people find their identity, set healthy boundaries, and heal past hurts. Lucille and her husband John have two grown children. She is on a mission to find what's good about each day, whether it be the gurgle of a coffee pot, sunlight on a snowy field, or the smell of lilacs.
