Louise Pelletier was trained as an architect, but decided a few years ago to take a step back from active practice, and now takes pleasure at watching from a distance the glorious accomplishments and egoistic folly that marks the built environment. Along the way, she has taught in various schools of architecture and design, and has written non-fiction books with academic presses such as Routledge and The MIT Press, a commercial guidebook about Montreal with Sgr�ff, and over twenty articles in scholarly publications, magazines and exhibition catalogues.
