He is the editor of a number of books, including International Kidnapping (Nijhoff, 2006), Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Kluwer Law International, 1994), International Succession (Kluwer Law International, 1998 in looseleaf, 2004 in hardback). John Wood is Consultant and Head of the Trusts and Charities Group at Herbert Smith in London. His practice covers all aspects of trusts, contentious and non-contentious trusts and estates.
