Loraine Gilchrist

Loraine Gilchrist was brought up in a small town in Gauteng, South Africa. Loraine, her husband Arnold and two children, Gary, and Martine, later moved to Durban, a beautiful coastal town in Natal, South Africa which is where she began to write poetry for adults as well as for children.
