Lindsey Bell is a chocolate-loving girl from the Midwest. She's a speaker and the author of Unbeaten and Searching for Sanity: 52 Insights from the Parents of the Bible. When she's not writing, Lindsey loves to dig into new books (especially if she's also sipping on a Cherry Coke), enjoy a chocolate chip cookie, or go for a walk around the neighborhood. One of her favorite things to do is to cuddle on the couch with her children to watch a new Disney or Pixar movie. Her love affair with Jesus began when she attended Vacation Bible School with a friend in junior high. It was there she learned about a God who adored her and wanted to have a relationship with her. She gave her life to Christ as a teenager and has been living for him ever since. Lindsey and her husband, Keith, were high school sweethearts and have been married for more than a decade. After graduating from Ozark Christian College, they began serving together in the local church, where they are still serving today. They have two children on this earth, both car-loving, ornery boys that Lindsey is lucky enough to stay at home with. Keith and Lindsey also have four children they lost to miscarriage they can't wait to meet in Heaven someday. Lindsey is passionate about authentic faith, her family, adoption, and learning to live whole again after grief. Through her writing and speaking, she hopes to inspire and encourage women to more authentic, joyful living. Her love of writing began as a child when she penned her first book called "Flash." Though the book had no hopes of ever being published (it was about a boy who could run fast-certainly not very original), it ignited in Lindsey a passion for the written word. She now writes weekly at Lindsey-Bell.com. She has also penned articles for numerous magazines and newspapers like Thriving Family, The Lookout, Christian Standard, Vista, Standard, Reflecting God, and others.
