Leslie P Francis

Leslie P. Francis is distinguished Alfred C. Emery professor of law, distinguished professor of philosophy, and director of the Center for Law & Biomedical Sciences at the University of Utah. She has been president of the Pacific Division of the American Philosophical Association; cochair of the Privacy, Confidentiality, and Security committee of the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics; and a member of the Ethics Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Ethics.
