Leroy Howe

2002 Leroy Howe (PhD Yale) is a United Methodist pastor and retired Professor of Pastoral Theology at Perkins School of Theology. He has published over 175 articles and reviews and authored many books. His recent books explore the role in laity in training for ministry; he has been active in training Stephen ministers. He is a member of the American Academy of Religion and the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
