Leo Warring, son of one of the members of the "Foggy Bottom Gang," has lived in the Washington, DC area his entire life. After retiring from a forty-year career at the US Department of the Treasury, he devoted his time in writing an account of the "Foggy Bottom Gang" drawing from newspaper archives and personal stories.
