Lei Xu

Lei Xu was born in 1982. He received the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2012, and the B.S. and M.S. degrees in communication engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively.
