Lee Craigie was Scotland's Active Nation Commissioner and founder of female-led not-for-profit The Adventure Syndicate. A trained outdoor instructor and child therapist, Lee then became the British Mountain Bike Champion in 2013 and represented Scotland at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
