Kiyoshi Hayamizu

Hayamizu discovered his love of cooking while still young and soon decided to pursue it as a career. He completed his training as a chef in Tokyo, where he worked for a number of years in different restaurants before moving to Europe. He is currently head chef at the Daitokai restaurant in Dusseldorf.
