Kim Macqueen

Kim MacQueen was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and now lives in Pensacola, Florida. She holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, and a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco.
