Kety Womack was born in New York in 1965 to a family of Italian origins.Cooking has always been one of her greatest passions, even as a child.Every Sunday, in Kety's kitchen, in her country house with her grandmother Franca at her side, Kety learned all the existing culinary techniques.Over the years she has decided to turn this immense passion into a career, however, she didn't want to be a regular cook. Then when she growing up, became passionate about the selection and study of plants (Forager). In that time she starts to focused on her studies. So, with much effort and many years of study in the best American universities, she managed to sew the name of Science Health Nutrition Consultant.She began to follow dozens of women worldwide in their diets and turned thousands of lives upside down.Her mission is to convert millions of women who have a poor diet to embrace a healthier diet that will significantly reduce the percentage of future health problems.She now lives in Manhattan, not far from her old home.To date, her books have helped more than 573 people who consider them the bible of wellness and proper nutrition.
