Yep, she was the word nerd who, instead of going out to play at recess, stayed inside and wrote stories. Back then she had one reader, her teacher. In her 30's she published a chap book based on her blog about leaving the city to establish an island retreat. After 25 years as a freelancer, blogger, magazine editor, news journalist and corporate communications specialist, 2024 is the year of finally writing her own stuff in her own voice again.
