Kathrine Sorley Walker is a British ballet critic and historian. She reviewed for many years for the London Daily Telegraph. Her books include Ninette de Valois: Idealist without Illusions, and Cyril W.Beaumont: Dance Writer and Publisher. She has contributed to the Dictionary of National Biography and Encyclopedia Britannica, as well as to journals such as Dance Chronicle (USA), The Dancing Times, Dance Now, Dance Expression and Dance International.
