Kaoru Ishikawa

KAORU ISHIKAWA is a Senior Japanese diplomat. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Tokyo University and joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1972. Since then, he was posted in Cairo, Geneva, Kinshasa, London and twice in Paris.
