Julien MacDonald OBE (born 19th March 1971) is a Welsh fashion designer who has appeared as a judge on Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. At 22 he was dubbed The King of the Cobweb when Karl Lagerfield appointed him the youngest ever design head, in charge of knitwear at Chanel. In 2001 he was named 'British Fashion Designer of the Year' and appointed as chief designer at Givenchy, succeeding Alexander McQueen.
