Judith Morrison graduated in psychology before studying at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, USA in 1990/1991. She moved to the UK and promoted ayurveda, bringing internationally acclaimed ayurvedic physicians to teach in the UK. Now the focus of her work is the application of ayurvedic lifestyle principles in everyday western life.
