Josh McAfee lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his very patient wife and is a new father who knows he's in over his head. He's spent more than 26 years in the recruiting and coaching world working with and placing thousands of leaders, sales, and tech savvy people with some amazing companies. He founded, built, and sold a national tech staffing company based in Atlanta. Josh has also helped hundreds of companies and leaders grow their teams with the right people to have a positive impact on their products, culture, and ultimately their customers. His community work includes North Point Community Church in Atlanta, Jars of Clay Mission in south Atlanta, and 410 Bridge (humanitarian work in Africa and Haiti). Josh also volunteers for the Georgia Aquarium on fundraising and creating irresistible events driving community involvement and awareness. He spent six years in the youth ministry with Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, sat on several society boards with the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and served in leadership with Atlanta's High-Tech Ministries and Ambassadors program.
